For the muddled, earlier, social media platforms, such as TikTok, X/Twitter, and Reddit have been buzzing with a viral video of Jessica Radcliffe, wherein she can be seen attacked by an Orca. However, various users claimed that the marine trainer died 10 minutes later after the marine staff rescued her.

The gruesome footage of the attack has taken over the social media platforms, especially Facebook, TikTok, and X/Twitter, wherein users didn’t actually specify what exactly happened, triggering a widespread search for further update in the tragic incident.

Fact Check: Is the Jessica Radcliffe Video Real and Did She Really Die?

For the curious, although various videos circulating online feature Jessica Radcliffe being attacked by an Orca, however, as of now there isn’t any confirmation about her death, nor there is any media report claiming that the marine driver passed away.

Meanwhile, as per a report by Kenya’s ‘The Star,’ the voices in the viral-video seemed to be AI-generated. Meanwhile, in an extensive search about Jessica Radcliffe’s name, it was revealed that the name wasn’t found in the directory of marine trainer, suggesting that it is a fabricated person.

Let us remind you, Orcas, commonly known as Killer Whale, posses high level of intelligence and don’t usually attack anyone and are closely bonded. Reportedly, it is very rare that Orcas attack their trainers. Though the viral video may have led many to believe it is a true confrontation, however, the reality is different.

As aforesaid, there is no one named Jessica Radcliffe as a marine trainer and no documentation were found after an investigation into a trainer named Jessica, and nor any information about a trainer, who were attacked recently by an Orca.

The video is AI generated and the attack never happened. Neither Jessica Radcliffe nor Pacific Blue Marine Park exists and records show that there is no woman with the name Jessica Radcliffe online.

What Did the Investigation Reveal?

A thorough investigation of the video reveals that it is manipulated. Online reports suggest that the video has been made with the help of AI, using some old unrelated clips to create a footage that looks like a real one. So, the viral video itself is an internet humbug and there is no person named Jessica Radcliffe.
