Tella Sanford biography and age
Tella Sanford is the wife of the late Thomas Jacob Sanford, who is the main suspect in the Grand Blanc, Michigan church shooting. Sanford has lived most of her life in Michigan, and although her exact age is not publicly disclosed, she is likely in her mid to late 30s while her husband Thomas was aged 40. She has a brother named Kevin Campbell while her parents-in-laws are Thomas and Brenda-Walters Sanford.
Thomas Jacob Sanford was from Burton, a city of 30,000 people, 6 miles from Grand Blanc Township.

Children
Tella Sanford and Thomas shared one child, named Brantlee Sanford, who recently turned 10. Brantlee was born six weeks premature and diagnosed with congenital hyperinsulinism, which is a rare hereditary disorder that causes the pancreas to release too much insulin. Brantlee had to undergo major surgery at Cook Children’s Hospital, where doctors removed most of his pancreas to control the condition. Following the surgery, Brantlee became insulin-dependent and now requires a feeding tube and ventilator support. Jacob’s sister, Katie Hamilton, explained the challenges Brantlee faced, sharing:
“He’s going to be a diabetic now and they have him on an insulin pump, sugar drip and feeding tube. Down the road, his mom and dad will have to check his blood sugar multiple times a day and he’ll have three insulin shots a day until he’s 5.”
