Earlier, reports surfaced noting a tragic update that a young college student, age 20 Sarah Carroll, was allegedly murdered by her ex-boyfriend named Lincoln, who had been harassing and stalking her for several months, before eventually killing her.

What Did Reports Reveal?
As per several media reports, on Saturday, August 30, a Michigan college student, was shot dead by her ex-boyfriend, identified as Lincoln. The tragic incident that took the life of a young student occurred at the Woodland Villa Apartments, near Detroit.
Lincoln, who allegedly killed himself before shooting the college student had been harassing and stalking the woman for several months. As per the counts given by Westland police officials, the tragic incident is a case of a murder-suicide.

Who was Sarah Carroll?
As per her obituary on GoFundMe page, Sarah Carroll was “smart, brave, and strong.” The fundraising page described her having a smile that could light up every room she entered. Additionally, it revealed that the fundraising page was created on behalf of her parents, James and Jennifer.
The fundraising page reads that they are asking for help to cover her funeral expenses “so we can lay her to rest with the love and dignity she deserves.”
In a statement earlier while having an interview with the media, Carroll’s mother, can be heard saying that Sarah was trying to get a personal protection order against the culprit, who killed her.
Sarah was murdered on Saturday at an apartment complex in Westland, Michigan and her ex-boyfriend, identified as Lincoln, shot her with a shotgun before turning the gun on himself in a murder-suicide. The killer himself called 911 to report the shooting and police confirmed Lincoln had been harassing Sarah for two months.
What Did Jennifer Reveal?
As per the counts given by Jennifer, Sarah Carroll “was with Lincoln, her ex-boyfriend, for almost a year,” and the couple were having some trouble. In addition, Caroll’s mother stated that Lincoln was stalking Sarah for the past two months.
Furthermore, the mother of the late student revealed that Lincoln came last night, shot her daughter multiple times, before calling 911. The mother of the deceased revealed that Carroll didn’t inform her or her father that she was being stalked. Meanwhile, James revealed that Lincoln had been suffering from mental health issues when he killed the young college student.
In his statement, James to the media told that his daughter was shot multiple times with a shotgun. In addition, James also revealed that Sarah Carroll was enrolled in Schoolcraft College, and studying to become a physician assistant.
“There was multiple gunshot wounds with a shotgun. He was suffering from mental illness and we just want to get the message out there that anybody, if their children are suffering from mental illness, get them some help. Get them the help that they need before something like this happens,” James Carroll, her father said.
