The 46-second viral video, which so far has received more than 9.2K views, features a teenage girl holding a knife and axe and pointing them towards a Bulgarian couple, Fatos Ali Dumana, and his wife, who were out on a walk on Sunday, August 23, in St Ann Lane, Dundee.
The girl who is seen in the viral video from Dundee, Scotland is age 12 Lola who was seen confronting Fatos Ali Dumana with a knife and axe for allegedly harassing and physically threatening her sister, age 14 Ruby with their friend Mayah also present with them when the incident unfolded as per social media claims. However, officers have found no evidence to substantiate claims being made online the youths were at risk of s*xual assault.
Lola, the 12-year old girl from Dundee was arrested earlier this week for brandishing the knife and axe.
Police said a Bulgarian couple, a man and a woman were approached by youths in St Ann Lane, Lochee, at about 19:40 on Saturday.
Initially, the report was shared by X/Twitter’s owner Elon Musk, who penned that the 21-year-old is an illegal migrant, sparking a flurry of misinformation. After the claims went viral, the man, identified as Fatos Ali Dumana, came forward as he addressed the rumors.

Meanwhile, Scotland police officials have charged the teenager with charges of being in possession of offensive weapons.

Earlier, online claims were going viral alleging that the young girl had been followed up and recorded by two illegal immigrants. Instantly, the video went viral, with netizens hailing the teenage girl as a ‘Braveheart,’ and a ‘Hero,’ for defending her homeland.

Is Fatos Ali Dumana an Illegal Migrant?
While, there isn’t much information available about Fatos Ali Dumana, however, it is reported and confirm that the man is not an illegal migrant and that he came to Britain legally from Bulgaria alongside his wife. The couple has a 8-months old baby. Ali Dumana himself stated that he is not an asylum seeker and he did nothing wrong.
While, adding that he can never hurt anyone being a father himself. In his statement to a media outlet, Fatos Ali Dumana can be heard saying, “In the video she’s saying, ‘Don’t touch my sister, she’s only 12’… I never touched her. I didn’t hit her, I swear on my life, I have a baby now. I would never hurt someone.”
In addition, he said, “I was going to the shop and she was stopping me going on my way. If I did hurt the girl, why didn’t the police arrest me?”
