The 16-second viral video, which apparently seems to be a collection of pictures, features nurses of Sansum Healthcare standing by what seems to be an operation table in an exam room, and making faces at the tissue, that seems to be having some kind of bodily fluid claimed to be “v*ginal discharge,” by social media users.
The video, which was shared originally on TikTok by an account which goes by the name @childrenofornyx, has been reshared on other platforms by netizens as they are condemning not only the nurses but also Sansum Healthcare in Santa Barbara.

The incident came to the light during the Labour Day Weekend in 2025, sparking a massive backlash towards Sansum Clinic in Santa Barbara, which prompted an internal investigation and subsequently the involved staff were reportedly suspended. Meanwhile, in a statement, the clinic emphasized their commitment to patient dignity, as netizens were calling for strict action while suggesting that the staff of the clinic had mocked the patients.
One of the viral posts on X/Twitter, which seems to be demanding that the staff members should be reported, has so far received over 180K views.
Identity of the Staff Nurses Involved
At the time of writing this piece, the identities of the staff nurses involved in the Sansum Clinic TikTok controversy have not been publicly disclosed by any official sources. An initial post suggests that the video was shared by a former employee of the clinic, while adding that the other staff members shown in the video are currently under investigation, and due to this, they are under administrative leave.
However, their specific names or further details are not available as of now, as the focus so far has been on the incident itself. Although, the original TikTok account, which initially shared these pictures and videos has deleted posts related to the clinic, however, eagle eyed social media users were quick to capture screenshots or screen-recordings of the incident.
