Earlier, we reported a heart-wrenching drug and r*pe case, that emerged from the State of Punjab. For the unsure, a 20-year-old girl identified as Gurmanjot Kaur, was allegedly drugged and r*ped by two boys in a district of Punjab.
The whole incident started after her fiancé and YouTuber Prabh Sandhu started leaking the private video online.

The controversy sparked widespread outrage after a private video of a young woman, Gurmanjot Kaur Gill, started surfacing online.
Recently, Instagram has blown up with a viral case from Punjab involving a man named Prabh Sandhu and his to be wife Gurmanjot Kaur Gill. Things blew up after a viral private video of Gurman was leaked with many accusing Prabh to be the person behind the leak after his Snapchat and WhatsApp messages with Gurman went viral, ones which saw him not only harassing her but also threatening to leak her pictures and videos.

A woman named Gurmanjot Kaur Gill recently became the victim of a private video leak that quickly spread on social media. According to viral claims online, Guermanjot and Prabh Sandhu were engaged and preparing to marry, but their relationship reportedly went sour when Prabh began threatening her with exposure. Shortly after the argument, the private video went viral, triggering backlash against Prabh. The case has since taken a heartbreaking turn, as some speculations state that continuous trolling pushed her toward suicide. However, Gurmanjot has now come out, denying that she had committed suicide. While she admitted that she was the person in the video and it wasn’t AI generated along with admitting that she tried to commit suicide multiple times, she is currently alive and not dead as per some rumors online.

Prabh is more commonly known as Canadian Farmer 13 online and screenshots of his alleged Snapchat and WhatsApp chats with Gurman have further added fuel to the fire.
The Punjab State Women’s Commission has taken suo moto notice in the case of drugging a 19-year-old girl and making her obscene video viral and the commission has written a letter to the Jalandhar Rural SSP and sought a full report by August 22.
The girl identified as Gurmanjot Kaur, daughter of Mr. Paramjit Singh is a resident of village Pabhawan, district Jalandhar, was allegedly drugged and r*ped and an obscene video of her was made, which was shared on social media.

Prabh Sandhu was born in Canada and lives in Punjab, in a village near Nakodar. He is said to come from a rich family which owns a big transport company in Canada and big farmlands in Punjab and has 50-60 tractors. Prabh had returned from Canada to India to take care of his family’s farming business and as per a post by canadian_farmer13, an Instagram account and YouTube channel run by Prabh, he has now come out to present his side of the story.
What Exactly Had Happened?
As per local media reports, the age 20 girl Gurmanjot, who is a resident of Pabhawan village, Jalandhar district, was not only assaulted s*xually but also recorded and now a video of her is going viral across social media platforms. After the Women Commission of Punjab learnt of the matter, they took suo-moto cognizance and asked the authorities of the area to submit a detailed report alongside investigation status within 48 hours.
Additionally, they said that they took such “matters very seriously,” and that they are there to ensure “the rights, dignity. and status of women in Punjab are protected.”

Although, at the time of writing this piece, there isn’t any information available about the perpetrator behind the heinous act, however, some media reports claim that the man who recorded Gurmanjot Kaur’s obscene video was none other than her fiancé, Prabh Sandhu which is why the victim and her family is in deep shock and feels betrayal. Meanwhile, the Chairperson of the Women Commission, Raj Lali Gill earlier stated that they won’t spare the culprit.
Prabh and his father have meanwhile denied the allegations, claiming Prabh who also goes by the Canadian Farmer 13 wasn’t the person in the video.

What Did the Chairperson of the Women Commission Say?
Earlier in a statement, the Chairperson of the Women Commission of Punjab, Raj Lali Gill, suggested that such matters are very shameful, while adding that they won’t spare the person behind the heinous act in under any circumstances.
Furthermore, the Chairperson stated that if the authorities won’t take the strict action, they will intervene in the matter directly, and that their utmost priority is to provide justice to the victim.
