Ajeet Bharti studied at Sainik School Tilaiya, Jharkhand, where he excelled academically and actively took part in extracurricular activities like theatre, basketball, and stand-up comedy. After completing his high school education, he then pursued a BA (Hons) in English Literature at Kirori Mal College, Delhi University (2004–2007). He later earned a Master’s degree in Mass Communication (Journalism and News Media) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (2008–2010).
Career
Ajeet Bharti started out his professional journey as a project coordinator at Endeavour Systems before entering journalism. Bharti worked as an intern at The Times of India before working as a copy editor at The Economic Times. He later joined Indo-Asian News Service as a senior sub-editor and briefly served as an assistant professor. Ajeet eventually transitioned to digital media with ByteDance and later became the editor of OpIndia. He later founded Vakusha Media and co-founded DO Politics in 2021, and has authored several books.
