Earlier, social media platforms, especially, TikTok, X/Twitter, and Instagram, had been buzzing with a viral video of Taylor Davis, who was seen rapping to rapper Drake’s song and vibing in the sideline.
What Did the Viral Video Feature?
The 15-second video, which was shared by X user who goes by the name @JustDuin_ItBIG on the opinion sharing platform, features the journalist vibing and lip-syncing Drake’s song Sicko Mode.
The now-viral video, which has so far received over 3 million views, 14K likes, more than 700 re-shares, over 2.8K saves, and over 100 comments, was initially shared by TikTok user @djkujho.
The viral video features her donning a sky blue color short dress, and holding a mic as she is lip syncing, vibing and dancing to the song.
What Exactly Happened?
As aforementioned, the viral video is from Saturday’s game which was held between Southern Miss and Mississippi State at Roberts Stadium.
During the clash, Mississippi State showcased their prowess and ended up emerging victorious 34-17 against Southern Miss, during week 1 of college football.
While both teams were in action-mode, a reporter, identified as Taylor Beth Davis, was seen in a playful mood, as she was caught lip-syncing and dancing to Drake’s Sicko Mode, while being on the sidelines.
Although, both teams did their best, however, the highlight of the match wasn’t any player or team, but a journalist, Taylor Davis, who ignited a widespread curiosity amongst the football fans, as they are asking more about her.

Who is Taylor Davis?
Taylor Davis works for ESPN and is a college sports reporter. Davis contributes to college football coverage throughout the fall and college gymnastics coverage across ESPN platforms and first started at ESPN in 2014 as a production assistant/content associate through 2018 where she supported remote broadcast preparations including editing, studio highlights, content production, feature shorts and graphics for several college sports properties.
Davis was a studio and podcast host for the Carolina Panthers (2019-22) as well as a team reporter and digital content host for the Kansas City Royals (2021-22).
As per her Instagram account, which goes by the name @taylorbethdavis, and has amassed over 40K, to be exact 40.9K followers, Davis is an “ESPN Reporter.”
As per media reports, Davis has been working with the outlet since 2014. While having a conversation with Jason Campbell, earlier this week for his podcast, the journalist revealed that she is from a small town in Alabama.
Furthermore, she revealed that she currently lives in Nashville. In addition to covering college football, the reporter also covers college gymnastics for ESPN.
In her statement during the “SEC, State of the Mind,” podcast, she revealed that the journalist doesn’t listen to country music, but “rap and hip hop,” adding “especially pregame when I’m getting in the zone.”
Her Instagram bio reveals that she is a “Auburn Alumini.”
Although, not much is known about her personal life, however, as per the official site of ESPN, Davis first joined the outlet in 2014 as a production assistant and she is currently single and unmarried.
Additionally, the official site of the outlet also reveals that the reporter had completed a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in broadcast journalism in 2014.
Apart from being a reporter for the media outlet, Davis is also serves as a podcast host for the BLEAV Podcast Network.
