Police arrest 3 suspects in recent Houston shooting incident
The Waller County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the arrests of three suspects, Mahmood Abdelsalam Rababah, Ahmad Mawed, and Mustafa Mohammad Matalgah. According to reports, deputies responded to reports of gunfire at around 9:45 a.m., on September 21, 2025, near the Ameripark youth baseball field, commonly known as The Rac. The three suspects were reportedly 600 meters away on another property when they discharged firearms in the direction of the baseball fields.
The shooting took place as players and their coach gathered for pregame prayers. The coach reportedly got struck in the shoulder but managed to survive after receiving medical treatment on the field and later from a hospital. Following the shooting incident, Houston Warriors founder Andy Baize revealed that the injured coach was shielding a child from the bullet when he was shot.
“This horrific act of terror, the firing on children praying before the start of a baseball game, is pure evil. These individuals from high threat counties were let in by the Biden Administration. They clearly were not vetting the aliens they were letting legally enter our country and even become U.S. citizens,” Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin revealed. “Not only did Biden fail the American people by leaving our borders wide open to criminals, but he also legally allowed them to gain status and citizenship to terrorize our communities.”
