The Ryder Cup is one of golf’s oldest competitions and features a team of 12 of the top European golfers against 12 of the best players from the US.
While golf is usually considered a single-player competition, the Ryder Cup changes this format across a three-day, match-play competition.

The Ryder Cup takes place every two years, and it is named after its founder, the late English entrepreneur and golf enthusiast Samuel Ryder.

The 2025 Ryder Cup will start off on Friday, September 26, and go on till Sunday, September 28, 2025. It will feature 28 matches across three intense days and decide whether Team USA can defend its crown against Europe.
