For the fans of PUBG, we have a piece of good news, as the makers of the game, PUBG Studios, and LightSpeed and Quantum Studio, earlier announced in a statement that they will be launching the PUBG 4.0 update very soon.

The upcoming update in the video game is set to introduce a Spooky Soiree theme, alongside many other elements such as magic mirrors, vehicles, gameplay enhancements, and certain items. Additionally, players will witness new events, gameplay mechanics, new features, themed items and areas, alongside more fresh content.

PUBG Mobile 4.0 Release Date
For the curious, the PUBG Mobile 4.0 update will be launched on September 4, 2025. The update will be able to download early morning for Android users, while iOS users will be able to get their hands on the forthcoming update at 9:00 A.M.

The update will introduce Spooky Soirée, a Halloween mode with mystical elements such as the Magic Mirror Castle and new locations filled with powerful loot and eerie visuals and also, a magical Ghosty companion joins players, offering abilities like healing, shielding, flying with a Ghost Balloon, and tactical team support.
A Magic Broom flying vehicle will allow squads to traverse the map swiftly and even attack while airborne while the new Mortar weapon will let players launch explosives across long distances for tactical advantage. Also expect smoother graphics and enhanced sound effects.
Meanwhile, in another update regarding the video game, the publisher of the game, KRAFTON announced a joint collab between the video game and Korean artist G-Dragon, a South Korean singer and rapper, who is known as the “King of the K-Pop.”
The announcement was made during the latest concert of the rapper in Las Vegas. Multiple reports suggest that KRAFTON will release an official trailer for collaboration on their official social media channels, alongside the launch of the in-game, which will begin on September 19.
More details about the collaboration are yet to be out. Although, it was revealed via an official statement released by the publisher of PUBG Mobile, that an offline event will be held in Seongsu, Seoul to celebrate the big collab.
