Renowned Hong Kong actor Benjamin Yeung tragically passed away at 4:20 a.m. on August 11, 2025. According to his brother, he passed away with his mother, brother, and closest friends by his side. His brother posted a heartfelt message confirming his death and expressing gratitude to everyone who cared for and supported Benjamin throughout his life. The family has currently asked for privacy and understanding while they go through this period of grief. Benjamin’s brother wrote:
“Dear friends, My beloved brother, Benjamin Yeung, passed away peacefully at 4.20am on 11th August, surrounded by my mother, me, and his closest friends. He left this world without pain, in serenity. First and foremost, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who cared for and supported Benjamin during his life. He was truly blessed to have your love and companionship, which were the most precious gifts he received.”
The statement continued, “Now, he is free from all suffering and has returned to the embrace of our father and Heavenly Father, where he has found eternal peace.”
He concluded:
“May my brother rest in peace, and may all who loved him hold onto his warm smile in their hearts.”
