Katie George is an American sports commentator, who currently works with ESPN and ACC. Born on December 3, 1993, in Louisville, Kentucky, U.S., she went to Assumption High School in Kentucky.
Reportedly, the sportscaster is of Lebanese descent, and her grandfather’s family migrated from Hamat, Lebanon to Kentucky. Following her schooling at the Assumption High School, George went to the University of Louisville, wherein she played for the women’s volleyball team.
Currently, Katie George lives in Connecticut, U.S., and is a devout Christian. She was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky.
After securing her bachelor’s Arts degree in Communications, with a minor in sports administration degree, George began her career as a sportscaster, when she joined as a reporter at a local station in Kentucky.
Later, she went to work with Fox Sports Wisconsin, wherein she covered the Milwaukee Bucks for 2018-19 season, and eventually joined ACC in 2019. In 2021, she switched with ESPN as a full-timer but her salary at the channel isn’t known yet.

Her wedding was held at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, Colorado with her getting married on 21 January, 2022.
The sportscaster, who also cover F1 commentator, and is a volleyball analyst has two siblings, Charles and Timmy. Her father Tim George and mother Annie supported Katie to accomplish her goals.

Though, there are many rumors that Katie is related to Phyllis George, as the two share the same last name and work in the same profession, however, the two aren’t related in any way.
Aside from her interest in sports, the broadcaster also has an interest in fashion, as she participated in the Miss Kentucky Pageant in 2015 and eventually bagged the title of Miss Kentucky USA 2015. Later, she went to participate in the Miss USA Pageant, which was held in Louisiana, wherein the sports analyst reached the semi-finals.
