For context, earlier we reported Antoine Semenyo was racially abused during the Liverpool vs Bournemouth game from the stands. Though, at the time, the staff removed the man from Anfield, however, authorities have had also taken the strict against him as they later apprehended him.

What Exactly Happened?
The opening night of the new Premier League season, that saw a clash between Liverpool vs Bournemouth was overshadowed by a racial cloud, as 25-year-old forward Antoine Semenyo received racial abuse from the Anfield stands via a Liverpool fan, who was eventually ejected from the stadium.
Although, the footballer, even after receiving abuse kept his calm and scored two goals in the second half of the game, after the game paused for approximately 4 minutes to give counts to the captains of the both team by the referee of the racist abuse. However, now witnesses from the scene are coming forward as they gave their counts and revealed the identity of the racist Liverpool fan.
A fan from the stands who watched the entire scene unfolding came forward and revealed that a man was arrested for abusing Antoine Semenyo and even received a stadium ban.
Identity of the Abuser
After another fan come forward, investigative reports revealed the identity of the fan racially abusing Antoine, as a report of the Daily Mail give away the name of the abuser. As per the report of Daily Mail, the abuser, who was arrested for racial abuse is identified as 47-year-old Mark Mogan who was spotted near the touchline in a wheelchair in Anfield during Liverpool vs Bournemouth.

Mogan was ejected out from Anfield and was apprehended by the police officials. As per media reports, Mark Mogan is a lifelong Liverpool fan and a season ticket holder. Reportedly, the man lives in Liverpool with his mother. Mogan, who relies on disability support, has used a wheelchair since birth because of a medical condition.
A few videos of him went viral feature him actively participating in wheelchair basketball, representing the Greenbank Meteors team. After the identity of Mark was revealed as the abuser, various pictures of him surfaced alongside multiple former Liverpool stars such as, Emile Heskey, and Robbie Fowler.
After his arrest, the Merseyside authorities confirmed that the man has been released on bail on condition of “not to attend any regulated football match in the UK and not to go within one mile of a designated football stadium.”
